Once you have your normal bra on, slide the bra sweat liner under the frame of your bra. It will stay in place all day when teamed with a secure, well-fitted bra. They are designed to be double sided, so it doesn't matter which way you wear it.

What size should you choose? With a bra on, simply measure under your bust - from ONE side-seam of the bra to the other; this is the size we recommend you order (or the closest to it).
